The Job: Food &Beverage & Conference Manager
My Client is looking to hire immediately a strong F&B Manager who has a proven track record in quality 4 star properties, functions and restaurant service to 1 rosette brasserie standard. Live in Accommodation is available with this role
The ideal candidate will have a boutique or country manor behind them and be passionate about training and development of the team. This is a remote site and will require a resourceful individual to take F&B forward. The venue is establishing its self as a popular wedding venue which requires a Manager who can compliment this charming period property.
Good written and spoken English is essential
DURATION: This role will run to xmas and be reviewed. Should the Hotel have developed it's business to sustain the cost the role may become permanent |
