Notes	Restaurant Manager Fresh Bread, Pizza Pasta and casual range of gastro pub style food is required for this fabulous opportunity The Restaurant opens for 7 weeks for the summer and caters for the classical concert season in Lapland. You will be provided with shared accommodation, in log cabins and work alongside our interim Chef. Between you need to create something simple but special. An Inviting Restaurant with consistency of product and service. You will be a one man band in the restaurant serving approx 50 covers per day. A steady flow of customers will come through the restaurant throughout the day and the aim is to ensure they return again and again.
